M/s. Chicago Constructions International (P) Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2011 to take over the business of the then existing firm M/s. Chicago Constructions, a partnership firm formed on 01.04.1994 with the present Promoter Directors of the Company as partners. For all purposes, the company, M/s. Chicago Constructions International (P) Ltd. is the successor to the erstwhile firm M/s. Chicago Constructions. The company is undertaking the execution of contracts awarded by M/s. Kerala Water Authority, a Kerala Government Public Sector Undertaking, in highly specialized areas for the last 25 years – such as Construction of Water Treatment Plants, Overhead Structures, Major Pipe Laying Projects, Ground Level Reservoirs etc. The company is a pioneer in its field of activity and keeps on continuing its legacy of innovations to achieve new milestones in the field of technology, for the completion of each project undertaken within time limit. In fact, the company has been rewarded and complimented on various occasions by M/s. Kerala Water Authority for the excellence of execution and early completion of several projects.

Shri. S Mohanakumar and Shri. T D John are the Promoter Directors of the company. The erstwhile Partnership Firm was converted into a Private Limited Company with the objective of corporatization of the business processes and both the Directors are well experienced and are experts in the execution of mega Water Supply Projects and have been the driving force behind the success of the company. Shri S Mohanakumar is more an expert in project implementation, scheduling and execution and Shri T D John is more so experienced in the field of Administration, HR and Finance (especially in the field of financial planning and cost control aspects). Under their leadership the Company has a vast pool of experienced Consultants, Engineers, Technicians and Financial Experts whose commitment and contributions have brought up the company to the glittering levels at present, and marching ahead as the pioneers in Mega Water Supply Projects.
